MINUTES FROM MEETING ON OCTOBER 5, 1989
MEMBERS PRESENT: Ray Bouchard, George Batchelder, Vinnie Cotreau,
Peter Gilmore, Bill Liss, Joe Manzi, and Nancy Lodge
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 7=45 P.M.
REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION
Douglas Cook, Landscaper for "Hall- Emslie"
2 lots drop off in the back, drainage easement drops off very low.
Rubble and fill there now, would like to make it presentable. To use
blasted rock, to build a stone wall, rip rap type. 40' to edge of
drainage easement.
George- questioned rip rap area.
Cook- Where the existing slope is.
George- feels a threat to the wetlands.
If a decision were to be made tonight, it would be positive, <in my
opinion).
