THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:45 P.M..
VINNIE COTREAU MOTIONED TO RECESS FOR THE PUBLIC HEARINGS, NANCY
LODGE SECONDED. ALL IN FAVOR.
CONTINUED HEAPING #5-378 SHAW ESTATES. LOT 8. BRANCH LANE.
REPRESENTING CHRIS WHITE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES OF LINCOLN. MA

CRAGGY SITE AND IT HAS MANY TREES ON THE SITE. THE HOUSE SITE IS
MOSTLY LEVEL.
NANCY LODGE IS STILL CONCERNED WITH BLASTING.
CHRIS WHITE STATED THAT GRANITE IN THE ARE IS UNLIKELY.
V!NNIE COTREAD-BLASTING-QUITE CLOSE TO THE WETLANDS, COULD CAUSE
A FRACTURE TO THE WETLANDS AND COULD LOOSE WATER; THAT SHOULD BE
STATE~ IN THE ORDER OF CONDITIONS AND THAT WE SHOULD BE NOTI:IED

WALLACE COMMENTED THAT THE ORDER SHOULD STATE A TIME FRAME.

DAVID BURKE EXPLAINED - IS PROPOSING A SMP.LL AMOUNT OF WETLAND FILL
(964 SQUARE FEET) WETLANDS ARE FLAGGED. AREA OF PROPOSED FILL IS
FOR A DR IVE';,JAY .
CHAIRMAN GILMORE REFERRED TO THE ORDER OF CONDITIONS, COMMON
DRIVEWAY AND THE HOUSE. 221 SQUARE FEET WERE PREVIOUSLY FILLED.
HE THEN ASKED IF THE COMMISSION FEELS A FILING OFA NOTICE OF
INTENT SHOULD BE DONE?
