Re: Minutes
At our last meeting, Charlie Grimes, pointed out to me that the Minutes of our meetings were not
on record at the Beverly Public Library as required by Charter provision.
I was under the impression that all Minutes filed with the City Clerk were being scanned and
transmitted to the Library?
I am enclosing all of the Minutes filed to date with the City Clerk relative to the Charter Review
Committee's deliberations along with the documents filed with the Minutes.
If these are being sent to the Library by the City Clerk or scanned for use at the Library, let me
know so that I will not be creating double work for you.
