Minutes
February 7, 1994
Present: Neil Olson, John Quinn. Also present: Anthony Tappe, Jeff
Hoover, Thomas Scully.
Absent: John Coogan.
Architect's Report: Jeff Hoover is checking on prices to install
heating coils in gutters to prevent formation of icicles.
Jeff is checking on Runtal radiation units to solve overheating
situation. The HVAC system has not been satisfactorily balanced yet
as required by contract. This may be affecting the Runtal units.
Custodians have not received HVAC training as per contract. Jeff
is investigating two alternatives for the soffit over the Winter
Street entrance; steel or cast stone. VISA light fixtures have
improperly rated bulbs which is causing the bulbs to burn out.
Ballasts are not properly secured to the ceiling. Wiring is not in
conduit and properly grounded as required by code.
MOTION: By John Quinn, seconded by Neil Olson to pay the monthly
bills. SO VOTED.
MOTION: By John Quinn to adjourn. SO VOTED.
