September 17, 1992
PRESENT: John Coogan, Neil Olson. ABSENT: John Quinn. Also
present: Thomas Scully, William Capone, Jeffrey Hoover.
ARCHITECT'S REPORT:
(1) TLT has forwarded a change order #47. Most of the this
COR constitutes a claim from Abingdon Steel, the steel fabricators.
Jeff Hoover will draft a response.
(2) Jeff Hoover requesting a proposal from
Environmental to investigate and prepare specifications
removal of asbestos containing material from the roof of
building.
(3) Jeff Hoover is preparing some proposals for cost savings
on the project.
(4) In response to our request for credit for waiving permit
and inspection fees, TLT responded that they had never included
fees in their bid.
(5) Tappe and Associates has received a report from the Chris
Eaton, preservation expert, on repairs to the facade of the
original building.

following Change Order Requests:
(1) #65 $1,477 to relocate the exterior door from the meeting
room.
(2) #78 $9,682 to relocate floor boxes.
(3) #79 $5,357 for fireproofing stair no. 2 and 3.
(4) #80 $186 to modify drain covers.
(5) #84 $1,153
SO VOTED.
MOTION: By Neil Olson, seconded by John Coogan to pay monthly
invoices. SO VOTED.
