January 17, 1992
Present: John Coogan, Neil Olson, Library Director Thomas Scully,
Architect Jeffrey Hoover, Clerk of the Works William Capone.
MOTION: By John Coogan. Seconded by Neil Olson to approve the
bill schedule. VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
MOTION: By John Coogan. Seconded by Neil Olson to approve an
application for a variance from the State Architectural Barriers
Board to allow for the installation of a chair lift at the Hardie
School. VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
MOTION: By John Coogan. Seconded by Neil Olson to approve change
orders 5,6 and 7. VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
MOTION: By John Coogan. Seconded by Neil Olson to approve paying
for the library custodians to scrap loose paint from walls at
Hardie School and repaint as needed. VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
MOTION: By John Coogan. Seconded by Neil Olson to approve
specifications for fire alarm system at the Hardie School. VOTED
UNANIMOUSLY.
MOTION: By Neil Olson. Seconded by John Coogan to adjourn. VOTED
UNANIMOUSLY.
