MEETING OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
January 15, 2002
Attendees:
D. Berman; R. Dunn; M. Handly; W. Lupini; T. Scully
The meeting was called to order at 4: 15 P.M. by Berman.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as presented.
Handly presented a corporate book and seal for use by the clerk.
Motion approved to amend the by laws regarding the expiration of director's terms to
correct the Articles of Organization as follows: Berman and Dunn to serve 3 year terms,
Handly and Lupini to serve 2 year terms and Scully to serve a one year term beginning
with the Annual Meeting of Members as scheduled for the third Thursday in September.
Motion approved to amend the by laws regarding use of electronic mail for meeting
notification and board member disqualification conditions.
Berman was directed to contact Copen & Lind, consultants, regarding inspecting the
space at the Patten wing of the high school.
Berman was directed to contact all applicants for the executive director position
regarding the interview schedule and to include notice of background investigation
requirements.
