Others present: Leslee Breen, Director
Cynthia called meeting to order at 2:35 p.m.
SECRETARY'S REPORT:
October minutes were approved as read no minutes for November due to lack of quorum).
DIRECTOR'S REPORT: Building use for November was 3 Beanos, I election, I Board of Health, I Sr.
Club, 6 recreation. Leslee discussed several personnel issues.
COMMITIEE REPORTS: Friends meeting-agreed to pay for heating coil repairs.
LEGISLATIVE REPORT: Received additional $3,800. Want to put into extra hours for custodian.
OLD BUSINESS:
A. Writing ClasslHistorical Documentation-No report.
B. Traffic Light- Done deal. City engineer and contractor have been out to see site. Will
probably begin in the spring.
NEW BUSINESS: Leslee asked if anyone would attend the Senior Club Banquet because the COA staff
is unable to go.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: None.
