Todd Balf presided.
Lindsay Diehl made the motion, seconded by John Kelley, to accept the minutes of October 25,
2005 as read. Motion passed.
Public Presentation
None
Committee Reports
Personnel: Joanne Panunzio reported on the progress of the search process for library director.
The search committee received 19 applications and will interview 5 candidates.
Administration: No report.
Finance: Kathleen McMahon asked about budget planning for FY2007. Anna Langstaff reported
that budget discussions with the Mayor will probably begin in February or March. The trustees’
finance committee should meet in January before the January full board meeting to come up with
a draft budget for FY2007.
Long Range Planning: No report.
Report of the Acting Library Director
1) Personnel: Rhonda Finberg gave birth to twin baby girls. Each baby will receive a $25
savings bond from the trustees. 2) Nutcracker Tea: Sunday, December 4 1:00P.M.-3:00P.M. at
the Farms Library. 3) FY2006 Budget: Anna Langstaff distributed copies of the FY2006 budget.

Andre Dubus Event: Todd Balf thanked everyone for their help in organizing this very successful
event.
New Business

The next meeting of the Board will be Tuesday, December 27, 2005 at 7:00P.M. at Bellamia.
