There will be a Special Meeting of the City Council on Thursday, January 3, 2002 for passage of the
rescinding a portion of the FY 2002 Budget and for allocating the FY 2002 tax levy percentages
among the four classes of real and personal property as well as consideration of the adoption of open
space, residential and small commercial exemptions.

of Tax Levy for the year 2002 have considered said matter and beg leave to report
as follows, to wit:
Submit the accompanying order and recommend its adoption
Ordered: That the City Council of the City of Beverly approve the following:
1. That the City NOT accept Open Space Exemptions
2. That the City ACCEPT that the Minimum Residential Factor for
Calculation of the FY 2002 Tax Rate be set at .919847
