Minutes June 2, 2005
PRESENT: D. Neuman, G. Ward, 1. Frates, S.M. Seamans, P Miedzionoski
It was noted that S. Menezes was sailing
J. Frates opened the meeting and stated that a letter was set to go on Cummings Center.
D. Neuman asked that the previous minutes show that the Authority voted on the Budget.

Budget: G. Ward & D. Neuman went to see J. Dunn. The budget may be proposed to the
Council in 1 or 2 parts. The first 3 lines of revenue and the fIrst 10 lines of expenses are
considered the budget. D. Neuman stated that Vine has produced a cost estimate, and the
City needs to put up some of the money.
S. Menezes made a motion to accept the budget as presented. S.M. Seamans seconded.
All approved.

It was voted to proceed with Port Marina's proposal with enumerated conditions.
S.M. Seamans asked to go forward and talk to A. Daignault re: hearing devices. All said
O.K.
The Facilities committee feel that people using the hoist should pay $400.00 for use for
12 months.
S.M. Seamans says that there are two young people willing to work at the Harbor Center.
They are 20 & 22 years old. They have worked for the Recreation Department. They
will clean, power wash, mow lawn, etc. Pay is to be $7.40 per hour.
