RE: Recommendation from planning re Proposed Zoning Amendment
Dear Members of the Council
On March 18, 2002, members of the Planning Board and the City Council conducted
a Joint Public hearing on the above-referenced Council Order. After the Hearing,
the board discussed the proposal and voted that evening to table further discussion
to the Board’s regular meeting on March 19, 2002.
Following a discussion at the March 19, 2002 meeting the Board voted on the
proposed zoning amendments separately and the results are as follows:
Members voted 7-1 (Thomas opposed) to adopt the proposed
