The meeting is called to order at 10:45 a.m. Cassidy explains that the meeting has been
scheduled to review a revised site plan and special permit for a proposed mini-storage facility
on L.P. Henderson Road. The project, to be built by Tom Ford, was originally approved by
the Planning Board in 1997.
Mr. Ford addresses the Commission and explains the proposed modifications to the site
plan, which include the following:

Relocating the office and caretaker’s unit from the western side of the building to the
eastern side;
??
Constructing three buildings instead of four (the total ground floor area will remain
approximately the same; and
??
Relocating the parking area from the western end of the site to the eastern end
Ford explains that the changes will result in a more attractive look to the building as viewed
from Henderson Road, and more logically locates the office near the main entrance to the
building. Ford states that proposed access to the site will remain unchanged.
Cassidy asks if there are any questions or comments on the proposed site plan changes.
There are none.
Tarsook: motion to recommend to the Planning Board that the modified site plan and
special permit plans be approved, seconded by Mead. All members are in
favor, motion carries.
There being no other business, the meeting is adjourned at 11:00 a.m.
