MINUTES OF MEETING

Members Present:

Meeting called to order at 7:15 p.m.

Introduced new member, John Vickery. Art will instruct him on handicap parking
and photo taking.

Introduced Karen Bloodgood who will shortly become a member of the
Commission.

Voted to transfer $9,674.08 from handicap parking fines to ADA Coordinator’s
payroll. Vote was 5-0.
??
Voted to transfer $1,000.00 from handicap parking fines to supplies account. Vote
was 5-0.
??
Mini-highs at the Beverly Depot are being repaired by the MBTA.
??
ADA Coordinator reports that Harry Ball Field is in the process of becoming
completely accessible.
??
Stop & Shop does not have accessible checkout registers open at all times. Art
and Candace will meet with the managers of Enon Street and Elliott Street stores
to remedy this situation.
??
The Beverly Golf & Tennis Commission will fill in the swimming pool, still have
to make the facilities at the tennis courts accessible.
