Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.

Discussed handicapped parking fine revenue for fourth quarter of calendar year
2004. Only 35 of 139 affidavits issued were paid. Decided to wait and see how
first quarter results are in before taking any action.

Eileen Twiss suggested the van driver from the Senior Center who is interested in
becoming a member. Norm will identify the person and talk to him.
??
Elise and Kevin will attend the regional meeting with Mass. Office on Disability
on March 9, 2005 at the First Baptist Church.
??
ADA Coordinator reported on work being done with Special Education programs
in the Beverly Public Schools.
