Dear Councilors,
Re: NO PARKING, Judson St., between Chase St. and Mulberry St.
Judson St. was made one-way, the entire length, a few years ago. Residents are
looking for additional parking on the lower end of Judson St., between Chase St. and
Mulberry St
We have looked at this area and the street is wide enough to accomplish this if we
eliminate the NO PARKING zone in that area only.
Please take the necessary action to amend City of Beverly Revised Ordinances,
Chapter 14, Section 120 as follows;
Judson Street, northerly side, from Cabot Street to Chase Street.
DELETE:
Judson Street, northerly side, from Cabot Street to Mulberry Street.

Dear Councilors,
Re: Request for a new crosswalk, River Street at Wellman Street.
We have been asked to look into installing a new crosswalk on River Street at
Wellman Street. This crosswalk will help the school children cross River Street and also
help other pedestrians walking to and from the area of the train depot.
Please take the necessary action to have a crosswalk and sign installed at this
location.

Dear Councilors,
Re: NO PARKING, Cross Street, westerly side, from Ray Street to opposite #45 Cross
Street.
We have been conducting a 30-day trial of NO PARKING THIS SIDE on Cross Street,
westerly side, from Ray Street to opposite #45 Cross Street. This restriction makes it
safer for the students of the Cove School, the Traffic Supervisor who crosses the
children at the crosswalk, and motorists driving on Cross Street. We only need this
parking restriction in effect Mondays thru Fridays, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., during
the school year, September thru June.
Please take the necessary action to implement this ordinance. Please amend
Chapter 14, Sectionn122 by adding the following:
(y) No person shall park a vehicle between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
ADD:
on Cross Street, westerly side, from Ray Street to opposite #45 Cross Street, Monday
