Others present: Leslee Breen, Director
Cynthia called meeting to order at 2:33 p.m.
SECRETARY’S REPORT:
January minutes were approved as read.
DIRECTOR’S REPORT: Building use for January was 3 Beanos. Leslee discussed several personnel
issues. Leslee reported there were no problems with the gay and gray group meeting.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: Friends meeting-Did not have a meeting due to lack of quorum. However, it
appears that the group will disband the condo raffle and just rent it out.
LEGISLATIVE REPORT: No report.
OLD BUSINESS:
A. Writing Class/Historical Documentation-In process. MaryLou has been in touch with Fred.
B. Traffic Light- On hold until spring.

C. City Council Presentation-Tentative time February 7, time TBA. Please try to attend for
supportive purposes.
NEW BUSINESS: 1. New lighting for the hall was proposed by Peter. Peter stated that Beano would pay
for the project.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Suite C (entrance to dining room) has been named “Café on the Hill” and a sign
placed above the doorway.
The meeting was adjourned.
