Others present: Leslee Breen, Director
Cynthia called meeting to order at 2:30 p.m.
SECRETARY’S REPORT: Approval of February and April 6, 2005 meetings.
DIRECTOR’S REPORT: Leslee reported that we have upgraded to a new statistical database. Reviewed
personnel issues. Told group about beginning another vehicle replacement program. Asked the group to
think of suggestions for board members, as MaryLou will not be staying.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: Finance Committee. The committee recommended the approval of the COA’s
FY 05-06 budget. Budget approved to send to the City.
Friends: The group agreed not to do an annual appeal this year.
LEGISLATIVE REPORT: No report.
OLD BUSINESS:
A. Writing Class/Historical Documentation-In process. MaryLou has stated she will continue to
work with Fred even if she is not serving on the Board.
B. Traffic Light. Has been approved. Waiting for the light to arrive.
C. Brochure. Brad has spoken to his contact and waiting to hear.
NEW BUSINESS: Leslee reminded the group that at the June meeting a slate of officers would be
needed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Leslee announced her resignation. She will however be present at the next
meeting for transition purposes.
