May 17, 2005 ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES
Attendees: Derick Willson, Bette MacNeill, Dot List, Jennie Napolitano, Peter Nuccio
Derick called the annual meeting to order at 1:10 p.m.
Derick welcomed everyone to the annual meeting. The 2004 Annual Report was presented. The
new slate of officers was presented and approved. There were no public comments.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:25 p.m.

Secretary’s Report- Minutes from the April 19, 2005 approved.

Treasurer’s Report-No report.

Beano Report- Bette stated that the paper cards are being well received.

BCOA Director’s Report-Leslee announced her resignation and thanked the group for the
wonderful years. Leslee requested payment for the annual condo fee and $450.00 for the
purchase of flowers, mulch, etc. for the center’s grounds.
5.
Old Business-
A. None
6.
New Business-
A. The group requested that an announcement be put into the newsletter recruiting
volunteers for the Friends.
7. Announcements-Peter announced that the Senior Citizens Club is discussing ways to
th
celebrate their 50 anniversary next year.
Having no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:40 p.m.
