April 19, 2005 MEETING MINUTES
Attendees: Derick Willson, Joe Dettorre, Bette MacNeill, Dot List, Norm Durkee, Bob Marshall,
Peter Nuccio, Jennie Napolitano
Derick called the meeting to order at 1:01 p.m.
1.
Secretary’s Report- Minutes from the March, 2005 approved.
2.
Treasurer’s Report-CD $30,041.30, Building $22,008.43, Friends $17,055.82.
3.
Beano Report- Account balance $22,915.58. New lights were installed in the hall. The only
complaint is that the participants wish the lights were also located in the middle area of the
th
hall. Beano will go to paper cards on April 20
4.
BCOA Director’s Report-Due to a previous commitment no report.

Old Business-
A. None
6.
New Business-
A. Appeals Letter. A city wide appeal letter was discussed. The group prefers to wait
another year.
7. Announcements-None.
Having no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:20 p.m.
