Cynthia called meeting to order at 2:30 p.m.
SECRETARY’S REPORT: No report.
DIRECTOR’S REPORT: No report.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: Finance Committee. The committee recommended the approval of the COA’s
FY 05-06 budget. Budget approved to send to the City. Beano balance $22, 951.58. Beano paid for the
installation of new lights in the hall. Going to paper cards on April 20, 2005. The floor was refinished
last weekend. Talking about redoing the stage.
LEGISLATIVE REPORT: No report.
