The Committee discussed the need to get perhaps an interior designer to come and take a look and make a recommendation to the Committee. The Committee thought that either Salem State or Endicott College might be a good option. Hurlburt stated that she would also talk to Historic District Commission Chairman Bill Finch for his ideas for City Hall improvements from a historic perspective. The members thought that this work on the interior should be done through donations and volunteers. The members then discussed the desire to have Phil Klimowicz at the next meeting so that he can give his expertise and recommendations to the improvements to the landscaping along City Hall. The Committee determined that the next meeting would be held on March 18, 2003 in the Committee Room at City Hall. The meeting was adjourned at 4:00 p.m.
