Chairman Gardner calls the meeting to order at 8:00 PM.
Gardner reviews the committee’s accomplishments achieved throughout the past year, and thanks the
committee members for their dedication and hard work.
A short discussion ensued regarding the trail marking efforts at Sally Milligan Park conducted by some of
the members back on November 9, 2002.
Gardner calls attention to the GIS generated map depicting open space and priority acquisition parcels
throughout the city, and briefly explained its contents.
There was a general consensus among the members that during the coming year, short list of the most
desirable properties should be developed, and that the committee’s efforts should be focused on the
protection of those particular properties. Gardner agreed to work on developing the list and have it ready
for the next meeting.
Paluzzi motions to close the meeting, Flannery seconds. All members in favor. Motion passes.
Meeting adjourned at 8:15 PM.
