25 of September 1689: At a general town meeting legally warned it was voted and agreed and
Mr. Andrew Elliott ser. was chosen Commissioner for to join with the Selectmen about making a
country rate and to join with the rest of the Commissioners at the Shire town the second Wednesday
in October.
