At a general Town Meeting the 25 of November 79 Lieut. Thorndike and William Raymond
were chosen to manage a case in ye behalf of ye town of Beverly about ye bell at this present court
held at Salem which controversy betwixt ye Town of Beverly and Capt. Moore about a bell.
