At a town Meeting 30 of August 1672 there was given to Lieutenant Dixsy six acres of
swamp lying easterly from his 20 acres of land given him by Salem.
It is ordered that those men deputed have ordered that the town pound shall stand upon the
Osmund Trask’ s land by the country highway on the left-hand coming from Bass River and to enjoy
