At a general town meeting legally warned Henry Herrick & Peter Woodberry were chosen
by vote to gather in Mr. Hale’s maintenance for this year.
It is also ordered at the said meeting that Captian Lathrop & William Dodge sen. Shall
determine about the exchange of some land due to Thomas Woodberry concerning that parcel of land
formerly bought by the town for the ministry some time this month.
It is also agreed that the highways shall be repaired by rate yet every one that will may work
it out having warning by the surveyors.
