1670-02-22 (2)[Town Meeting February 22, 1670] 1st. At a general town meeting is agreed by a general vote that for the time to come every person concerned shall make up their accounts with Mr. Hale by the middle of January & in case of neglect the parties employed shall take the constable and forthwith distrain. 2ly. That all persons that are at present behind with Mr. Hale are to make up their accounts with Mr. Hale between this & the first of March next & if any neglect the parties that be empowered are to take the constable with them and distrain. 3ly. The constable is decided to acquaint the major with such misdemeanors as are known to him & others with reference to [illegible] & his wife. William Raymond is chosen a selectmen instead of Samuel Corning.
