Permits for the siting of storage containers or bulk transportation devices for longer than thirty (30) calendar days but no more than ninety (90) calendar days may be issued by the Beverly City Council. Each such device shall require a permit, and no more than two (2) permits of any duration may be issued to any premises annually. The fee for permits of thirty (30) days or less shall be $50.00. The fee for permits of thirty one (31) to ninety (90) days in duration shall be $500.00."
