1778-10-27 Juror selectionth
At a Legal Town Meeting on the 27 of October 1778.
Col. Henry Herrick, Capt. George Dodge were chosen to serve on the Grand Jury at the Superior
Court of Judicature Court of Assize and General Jail Delivery to be holden at Salem on the first
Tuesday of November next and Mr. Andrew Cabot, Capt. George Cabot, Capt. Moses Brown and
Mr. John Dyson was chosen and appointed as the law directs to serve on the Petit Jury at the said
Court.
