Recent discussions have indicated that for a total insurance premium of $45,000 above budget, we can insure our entire fleet of rolling stock and obtain improved liability insurance on all building while maintaining the fire insurance we have had on buildings and police liability insurance which we have had. I request an additional $45,000 be transferred into the "Insurance" account with $15,000 to come from the "City Solicitor -Litigation" account and $30,000 from account "Reserve for Unforseen Expenditures."
