At a meeting of thc Town Clerks of the towns of Wenham, Beverly and Topsfield, said towns composing the Third Representative District of thc County of Essex, held at Beverly, on Wednesday November 7th A.D. 1860, to examine and compare the returns of votes for Representatives for said District; the votes for said Representatives in said towns were examined and counted and were for the following persons, viz.: Augustus N. Clark of Beverly, seven hundred seventy-two votes Elijah E. Lummus of Beverly seven hundred and two votes Joseph D. Tuck of Beverly four hundred thirty-four votes Luke Morgan of Beverly three hundred thirty-seven votes Charles A. Kilham of Beverly two hundred twenty-five votes Joseph G. Dodge of Beverly ninety-eight votes David Crowell of Beverly twenty-two votes John B. Hill and Isaac Standley three votes each. R. L. Foster, Eben Smith, and John Meacom two votes each S. L. Thorndike, A. A. Galloupe, Moses Pedrick, N. H. Webb, David Standley, Amos Burnham, Gustavus Ober, John Larcom, Isaac Ober, John W. Raymond, George Roundy, Abraham Edwards, L.
