Gent: I have occasion to use fifty (50) bonds of one thousand dollars each under the Act of the Legislature for the year 1881, for the purpose of selling the same at their market value and applying the proceeds to the payment of the following notes: $25,000 dated Aug. 17,1875 Inst. Sav. Newburyport, due Aug. 17 '85. 5000 dated Aug. 17, 1875 J. H. Boardman Trustee, due Aug. 17 '85. 10000 dated Aug. 20, 1875 City of Lowell, due Aug. 20 '85. 7000 dated Aug. 20, 1875 City Hall S. Fund Lynn, due Aug. 20 '85 3000 dated Aug. 20, 1875 Susan S. Newhall, due Aug. 20, '85. 2500 dated June 4, 1879 Beverly Sav. Bank, due June 4 '85.
