The 10 ofAt a meeting of ye Selectmen at ye house of John Stone ser. there
March 1690-91was chosen & appointed by said selectmen, Jonathan Byles as a copartner
with the above said Thomas Gage to survey all ye fence or fences in our
Town of Beverly & in particular, the General Field fence or fences & to
Surveyorssee that said fences, especially said General Field fences, be sufficiently set
of Fencesup by the tenth of April next ensuing the date thereof according to law
and so to be kept in repair for one whole year from ye date thereof.
