... Samuel Morgan, cooper of Marblehead 5 acres of land being & lying in the Town of
Beverly and bounded on the west upon the land of Thomas Roots of Salem, on the south upon the
sea, on the north upon the public meeting house & upon the East upon the land of Joseph Morgan,
to enjoy the same with the appurtenances, privileges & the benefits of the same 5 acres more our less
to him, his heirs born unto him begotten of his own body forever.
