1679-06-26[Selectmen June 26, 1679] 26:3:1679 At meeting of the Selectmen John Sampson Constable paid as part of the money rate made for the prosecution of the difference between Wenham and us at the General court the 28 of May 1679 three pounds ten shillings and six pence and ten shillings at another time to go unto Malden the whole being 4:00:6 At the same meeting of the Selectmen William Dodge Constable paid as part of his rate made for the same work abovesaid six pounds in money. At the same meeting of the Selectmen Lt. Paul Thorndike & Corporal Wm. Raymond were th chosen and appointed to go to the General court holden at Boston the 28 of May 1679: to prosecute the matter in difference between us and Wenham about the bounds of said town.
