We whose names are underwritten being by the Appointment of the selectmen of our
Respective towns met to go a perambulation in the bounds between our said towns from the Rock
at the head of Bass River to the pine stump by the swamp that runneth out of Lawrence Leach’s
Meadow have accordingly gone the said perambulation and Renewed the said bounds viz: the Rock
and stump and made two bounds upon the Line between said bounds as near as we Could guess to
be rectified if found amiss upon more exact trial which line bounds are the one a heap of stones at
about a miles distance from the Rock and the other two small white oak trees marked with a heap of
stones about one of them at a bout a miles distance from the heap of stones being likewise about a
miles distance from the pine stump. In confirmation hereof, we have hereunto set our hands. This
