18:1:79 At a meeting of the Selectmen there were chosen Capt. Will Dixie and Ensign
Corning farmer Dodge and John Raymond senior are deputed and chosen to give the Selectmen of
Salem information in a way of helping them to the giving of an answer to our petition for an
explanation of their former grant and bounds given us.
