1679-03-26[Selectmen March 26, 1679] At a meeting of the Selectmen John Sampson, Constable, paid as part of the money rate made th for the prosecution of the difference between Wenham and us at the General Court the 28 of May 1679 three pounds ten shillings and sixpence and ten shillings at another time to go unto Malden, the whole being 4:00:6. At the same meeting of the Selectmen William Dodge, Constable, paid as part of his rate made for the same work abovesaid six pounds in money. At the same meeting of the Selectmen Lieut. Paul Thorndike & Corporal William Raymond th were chosen and appointed to go to the General Court holding at Boston the 28 of May 1679: to prosecute the matter in difference between us and Wenham about the bounds of said Town.
