At a meeting of the selectmen 2d of the 8 of month 1677 the said selectmen reckoned with
Mr. Hardy with respect to his pains in teaching school and the revenue of the school or income by
the scholars is reckoned to him at five pounds ten shillings & so accepted by him since the said
agreement made with him by the town.
