Ordered the Treasurer to pay John and Andrew Cabot £ 99.18.9 being for the abatement of
their taxes in the year 1781, being over taxed that sum.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay Joseph Chipman 9/ being over taxed that sum in 1782.
