They adjusted accounts with Henry Herrick executrix to Henry Herrick Esq., Treasurer of the Town

Henry Herrick, executrix
Ordered the Treasurer to pay Joseph Baker seventeen pounds for abatement of his son’s poll
in the first Beef Tax, he being in captivity.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay to the executor of Henry Herrick Esq., deceased, the sum of
five hundred and fifty-six pound two shillings in full of the balance found due to the said Henry
Herrick Esq. in settling his account as Town Treasurer etc.
