Ordered the Treasurer to pay Peter Obear £18 being over taxed that sum in 1780.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay Mr. Henry Herrick three hundred and eighty-seven pounds for

keeping the Grammar School one month expiring on the 25 of July last.
Ordered the Treasure to pay Benjamin Obear seventy pound five shillings in full of his account
as followeth viz.
12.0.0 for verbally warning Farm Ward 4 times.
9.0.0 for warning other wards 3 times.
15.6.0 for warning of March Meeting and the summoning Town officers to be sworn.
24.0.0 for warning of May Meeting and summoning of officers to be sworn.
9.19.0 for verbally warning Ferry Ward.

Ordered the Treasurer to pay Jonathan Perkins ninety pounds in full for keeping of Grammar
School in this Town.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay Timothy Leach one hundred and eighty-one pound thirteen
shillings it being for sundry abatements in his list for 1779. Viz.
36.1.6 Nathaniel Cleaves rates, missing at sea.
32.7.6 Francis Boden tax, moved out of Town.

25.9.0 for Andrew Wood’s tax, missing at sea.

Zachariah’s poll tax in 1779 & 1780, he being missing at sea, if living.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay James Patch £ 150 for keeping of Miriam Presson’s child four

Ordered the Treasurer to pay Joseph Baker five hundred and sixty-seven pounds £ 288.4.0
of said sum was for the Selectmen and Assessors’ expenses at his house and £ 279.4.0 of said sum
for the Committee appointed to procure men for to go into the Army, expenses at his house, he had

an order for the same July 71780 but was then omitted being recorded.
