At a Meeting of the Selectmen May 22 1780 Capt. Isaac Chapman exhibited his account of the
charge which he had been at for procuring the Militia for this Town the year passed to the amount
of £ 2607.0.0 which was examined and allowed to him which was in full of the monies that he had
received out of the Town Treasurer excepting £ 5.8.0 which he has credited in his behalf and he is
hereby discharged for the same.
