At a Meeting of the Selectmen Mar. 13 1780.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay William Hazeltine £ 13.6.8 for keeping a District School in the
Farm District near Peter Pride’s this winter past and the last year.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay wid. Hannah Foster£ 31.4.0 together with sixteen dollars paid
by Benjamin Pickett is in full for house rent for said Pickett for two years which expires on the 10th
of May 1780.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay William Hazeltine twenty-seven pounds as one of the
Committee for Supplying the Soldiers’ Families.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay Thomas Stephens twenty-five pounds ten shillings
10.16.0 for three half days settling town affairs.
14.14.0 for Selectmen’s expenses in full at his house to this day.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay William Hazeltine one of the Committee for Supplying the
Families of the Soldiers six hundred pound for that purpose.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay Archalus Dale five pound ten shillings being taxed for a poll in
Town Tax in 1779, more than he had.
