Ordered the Treasurer to pay Peter Pride £ 52.18.0 for extraordinary charge and labor as
Surveyor on the Highways.
Peter Obear Jr. settled his Surveyor’s list and nothing due on either side.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay John Peirce £ 9 pound being over taxed that sum in1780.
Ditto John Thissell over taxed in 1780.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay William Langdell Jr.£ 8 being over taxed by reason of losses at
sea in 1780.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay Mr. Henry Herrick Jr.£ 454 keeping the Grammar School one
month expiring last eight of November last.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay Nicolas Carroll £ 26.14.0 abatement of part of his tax being
extreme poor.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay William Creesy’s heirs 62 pound 2/ he dying about the time his
tax was made.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay Nathan Batchelder £ 52 abatement of his tax, poor through
misfortune by sea.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay Nathaniel Clark three hundred pounds for keeping his mother
