Jacob Garrish to forward the horses procured by the Town for the State to the place of destination. Ordered the Treasurer to pay Joseph Wood twelve hundred and seventy pounds eight shillings in full of his account as followeth. Viz. 1780 JuneTo cash paid Dea.
