At a Meeting of the Selectmen Jan. 18 1779.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay Ebenezer Trask Jr. thirty-six shillings for extra charge on the
Highways as a Surveyor.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay Mr. Edward Trask sixteen pounds together with eighteen
pounds paid him by Joseph Wood is in full for hauling Col. Thorndike and the militia’s baggage from
this Town to Tiverton in the state of Rhode Island being about 30 in number in August 1778.
