Ordered the Treasurer to pay Capt. Elias Smith four pounds, it being for a poll tax to him
more than he had in 1778.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay Jonathan Perkins £ 6-13-4 for keeping of a District School in
Bass River Ward the winter season.
