At a Meeting of the Selectmen Nov. 9 1779.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay Benjamin Leech ten pound for abatement of his son’s poll, he
being taken twice, lost all.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay the wife of Daniel Woodberry twenty-seven pounds in full for
keeping of Susanna Ellinwood’s child till 7th of Octr. 1779.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay wid. Hannah Giles sixteen pounds sixteen shillings 30/ all of it
for making Mary Woodberry’s gown, the remainder towards keeping of Eliz. Hayward’s child.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay William Page 40/ abatement of his poll tax, he paying the same
at Danvers in 1778.
